Minazel® Plus provides broad-spectrum protection against the major mycotoxins affecting livestock, including aflatoxins, fumonisins, ochratoxins, T-2 toxin, zearalenone (ZEN), deoxynivalenol (DON) and pasture-borne, endophyte-derived toxins. Its unique combination of modified clinoptilolite and organic components helps manage mycotoxin exposure from grain, silage, forage and pasture, supporting animal health, feed efficiency and production performance across all livestock species.

Recent feed surveys have identified elevated and potentially harmful fumonisin levels across corn-based feeds, regardless of whether the corn was fed as grain, silage or other processed forms. As one of the most common and economically significant mycotoxins, fumonisins can negatively affect gut health, immunity and animal performance. Minazel® Plus has demonstrated superior binding efficiency for fumonisins, making it an ideal go-to solution for livestock consuming corn-based diets or rations.

Yes. Minazel® Plus is designed as a flexible, cost-effective solution for both routine prevention and periods of elevated mycotoxin risk. For cattle, a maintenance inclusion of 10 g/head/day provides economical year-round protection against feed-, forage- and pasture-borne mycotoxins. During acute challenges, the inclusion rate can generally be increased to 30 g/head/day, providing enhanced support without the need to change products in most situations.

Minazel® Plus is the preferred solution for the vast majority of mycotoxin challenges encountered in livestock. However, if feed analysis confirms a significant deoxynivalenol (DON/vomitoxin) challenge, MYCORAID may be the better choice because it not only helps manage DON exposure but also provides additional support against the liver damage associated with this toxin. As DON is relatively uncommon in grazing cattle, Minazel® Plus remains the recommended single-product solution for most production systems.
