4Sight at Agfest 2026: Connecting with Tasmania's Dairy Industry

Agfest 2026 brought Tasmania's agricultural community together at Quercus Park, Carrick, for three days of industry engagement, technology, machinery, livestock and agricultural innovation.
For 4Sight Enterprises, this year's event was particularly significant, with our team exhibiting within the new DairyTas facility and connecting directly with dairy producers, advisers and industry representatives from across Tasmania.
A new home for dairy at Agfest
The opening of the new DairyTas facility created a dedicated meeting point for Tasmania's dairy industry at one of the state's most important agricultural events.
Bringing dairy businesses, service providers, industry organisations and producers together in one location provided an excellent environment for technical conversations and knowledge exchange.
For 4Sight, it was an opportunity to spend time with producers and industry colleagues discussing the challenges influencing dairy businesses and the technologies available to support animal nutrition, rumen health and production efficiency.
Connecting technology with industry
Throughout Agfest, the 4Sight team showcased technologies from our animal nutrition portfolio, including pHix-up®, while discussing their application within Australian dairy production systems.
Events such as Agfest provide an important connection between technical knowledge and commercial agriculture.
They allow conversations to move beyond product specifications to the practical questions that matter on farm — how technologies work, where they fit within existing production systems and what evidence supports their use.
Those face-to-face discussions remain an important part of how 4Sight works with the industries we serve.

Global expertise, local conversations
4Sight was pleased to be joined at Agfest by Dr Rahma Bellagi and Stéphane Saint-Martin from Terresis, bringing international technical expertise directly to conversations with Tasmania's dairy industry, including discussions around rumen health and pHix-up®.
Having representatives from our technology partners alongside the 4Sight team gives producers, advisers and industry professionals the opportunity to engage directly with the people behind the technologies we represent. Just as importantly, it gives our international partners firsthand exposure to Australian production systems, market requirements and the practical challenges facing producers.
This two-way exchange is an important part of how 4Sight works.
By connecting international technical expertise with local industry knowledge, we can strengthen the flow of information between technology developers and the people applying those solutions in the field — helping ensure the technologies we represent remain relevant to Australian production systems.
Staying close to Tasmanian dairy
Tasmania is an important dairy-producing region, and maintaining close relationships with the people working throughout the industry is essential to understanding the opportunities and challenges facing producers.
Agfest provides an important opportunity to maintain those connections.
Thank you to everyone who visited the 4Sight team throughout Agfest 2026, and to DairyTas for creating a dedicated environment in which the dairy industry could come together.
We look forward to continuing the conversations throughout the year.
